Mary and George’s wedding

We got married about a month ago in Bear Creek Meadows. I feel so blessed finding this lovely venue and working with the owner Deborah through the last 2 years. From the first on-site, to walk throughs with different vendors, to the rehearsal, and the big day, everything worked smoothly, beyond our expectation, and within our budget. So I highly recommend this hidden gem for all new couples!
The venue is beautifully landscaped with different terrains, perfect for taking photos, social gathering, dancing and party. In case of rain, there is enough indoor space to host a ceremony and reception up to 100 guests as well. There are cute decoration details here and there, yet there are still many spaces to fill in with your imagination. Deborah also offered chairs and tables with no extra charge, so that we don't need to rent them and set them up. Working with Deborah was extremely easy. She was very accommodating and responsive and did everything she could to help us. Here are a few moments where she really impressed me: * When I was searching for venues near the east-side area, Deborah listened to my requirements and didn't push me to book her venue. Instead, she provided a list of nearby venues that she recommended me to check out before making a decision. * Because of our limited budget, I was not decided wether to have a day-of coordinator or not. Deborah offered that she could help me out during the wedding day if we couldn't get a day-of coordinator. Although we finally find the right vendor to help us out, what Deborah offered really gave me a peace in mind during the early stage of wedding planning. * When the unexpected pandemic hit early 2020 and we had to postphone our wedding date, Deborah was very supportive and let us reschedule without charge. When we need to down-size our wedding guest list due to the pandemic, Deborah also offered a discounted rate for us. * During our big day, we didn't rent enough cutlery and Deborah provided her own set of knifes and forks for our guests to use. It turns out those knifes and forks was their wedding souvernir 30+ years ago and I'm so grateful that we had "something old and borrowed" during our wedding. Hope this review helps Deborah and her lovely venue to be discovered by more people.

Larry and Brandon’s wedding
Deborah was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was accommodating with the many many changes I requested, even at the last minute. She and her husband had the facility in top notch condition, which made it super easy for us to get in and get everything set up how we wanted. She checked on us throughout the evening and made sure we had all the little things we realized we forgot (like a cutting board and knife for the cake!). We will definitely be keeping Bear Creek in mind for other events as well as the reception went so smoothly.
